IF YOU HAVE OR CARE ABOUT PETS — BEWARE !
I'm sadly compelled to share a concerning experience regarding this establishment. As residents of this neighborhood for over 20 years, my family and I frequently walk our dog past this location. On multiple occasions, the owner of this relatively new restaurant has displayed extreme hostility towards our dog, despite us always being responsible pet owners, ensuring our dog does not relieve itself or leave anything in front of the premises.
Yet, the owner has PHYSICALLY ATTACKED our dog by kicking it's body as it walked a couple of meters behind us—hence why we only realised after hearing his loud cries.. We have also been subjected to verbal harassment and have even been followed down the street at night by the owner due to our dog's presence on the public pavement. This behavior is unacceptable and frankly shocking in Denmark, where respect for both people and animals alike is generally a norm.
Thus, we wish to inform potential customers about this business' demonstrated blatant hatred towards dogs, and the disturbing incidents we have experienced. While the food may be the only factor for some, the way customers (and their pets) are treated, should be equally important. This place is ok - fish is good quality but there is way too much rice. The nigiri for instance has about twice as much rice as they should have so you have to work hard to taste the fish. Should be easy for the chef to learn.
They also don’t take any form of foreign debit or credit cards which is a great shame - had to run to the cash machine to get cash for my payment.
Finally, my take away bag was missing the miso soups I paid for which was a great shame - always double check the take away bag before leaving. The additional problem is that when you order online, the customer does not get an email summarising the order, just a text message with the payment amount so there is no way to check or show the details of the order - should be another quick fix for the...

ordered it twice. first time was not good but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened. Sushi pieces are much smaller than in all other sushi places in Cph i've been to. both in thickness and diameter. Fx. They offer menu with 40 pieces but some pieces are 1 cm thick. So effectively you are getting much less food than other places. Rice is klumpy, dry and overcooked. Fish on nigiri pieces is as dry as it can be. I expect it may be prepared much in advanced and just served as is later. When I ordered in the evenings it was clearly not fresh. They also seem fairly unorganized.
