Coffee Collective Jægersborggade is a fantastic coffee shop that truly embodies the spirit of Copenhagen's vibrant coffee culture. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and was thoroughly impressed with the experience.

The service at Coffee Collective Jægersborggade was absolutely top-notch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure that every customer felt welcome and taken care of. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had about their coffee and brewing methods, and even offered me a complimentary sample to try before I made my final selection.

And speaking of coffee, the quality here is truly exceptional. The beans are sourced from some of the best farms around the world and are roasted to perfection in-house. I ordered a latte and was blown away by the rich, smooth flavor and creamy texture. It was clear that the baristas at Coffee Collective Jægersborggade take great pride in their craft, and the results speak for themselves.

This is the original Coffee Collective and it is the one you should go to to understand why they’re famous and why their Kieni has a cult following. Handbrew is Aeropress and comes out a bit orange and “muddy” but despite that it always comes out with all the aroma and taste notes as it should. A real “coffee geek” experience unlike the Bernikow location which is just decent. They also have some of the best sourdough rolls with cheese and butter and thoroughly amazing cardamom buns, but for pastries one should probably hit their bakery a couple blocks to the north, it has better selection. Quite a lot of sitting places for a fancy CPH coffee shop and whopping 2 restrooms, and the interior is calm as to not to distract you (btw the walls aren’t white, they’re pink...

10/10 experience all around. As someone who works in speciality coffee, I’m always on the hunt for good coffee while I travel. The baristas here are very knowledgeable on coffee and made some great recommendations to us. We got the Esmeralda on pour over and a cappuccino. Absolutely phenomenal! We also tried the Halo on pour over. Additionally to the coffee we got a cardamom pastry and a lemon glaze pastry. Both fantastic but I favorited the cardamom pastry. A must try in my option.
