Ristorante Firenze is a true Italian gem in Skagen, where southern charm and authentic Italian cuisine take center stage. Led by Franco Bueti and his family, this restaurant has upheld a reputation for quality and warmth for nearly 30 years, offering a dining experience that feels like a slice of Italy.

During our visit, my daughter enjoyed the Margherita Pizza with fresh tomato, mozzarella, and basil—simple yet full of flavor. My son chose the Penne Al Salmone, a delicious ribbon pasta dish with salmon and zucchini, perfectly creamy and satisfying. I opted for the Filetto Alla Griglia, a 250g grilled tenderloin served with a baked potato, vegetables, and a choice of garlic butter or béarnaise sauce. The steak was expertly cooked, tender, and flavorful, making for an unforgettable meal.

The ambiance is inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home, complemented by friendly and attentive service. The Bueti family also offers a curated selection of wines, personally chosen from vineyards around the world, which truly enhances the experience.

We were looking for a place with Italian food during our visit in Skagen and decided to go to Firenze. The restaurant has lovely places to sit inside and outside. There is even a glass wall and heating lamps to keep you warm during windy days. We were greeted very nicely and our little dog immediately was taken care of with so much love and water. We had a Pasta, Pizza and special lunch offer of Steak in Gorgonzola sauce. All of the dishes were very good. For danish prices absolutely fine. There was even a special offer for cake and coffee together. Coffee was good too. I really want to point out the authentic Italian kindness we were treated with and our service lady was outstanding! Overprised. I payed about 130 danish crowns for a pizza I could have gotten at any other decent place for almost half the money and in equal quality. It was good, but not worth it. At Skagen it is always windy, but it didn't contribute positivly to my experiance when half of all pizza topping blew off sitting outside. The staff seemed to me more self-promoting than authorised at a level not in accordance to the standard at the place. They were impervious to fair critism, reacting with neglect towards our table. The criticism was based on a pasta dish that was overboiled, missing several ingredients according to the description at the menucard and with sad fatty bacon pieces.
