The most fantastic meals, served by the most friendly and attending staff, and surrounded by the most authentic and cozy atmosphere. We had the fresh fish of the day (fried plaice with new potatoes and parsley sauce - usually with shrimps on top), and the veggies burger. Both dishes tasted absolutely wonderful. For dessert we got the apple crumble and the hot chocolate muffin, both also pure delight. Being this great attracts a lot of people, both locals and tourists, so be sure to reserve table in advance, even off-season. We chose this restaurant because they had the most and best options for vegans/vegetarians. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we got there: adequate parking very close by, cozy interior with interesting pieces of art, excellent dishes both the vegan/vegetarian and the Beuf Bearnaise, great to find an alcohol free Benediktiner wheat beer. What made it extra special was the staff’s attentiveness and assurance that we were well looked after. We felt welcome and valued....

Couldn't even start eating the burger. Over fried, over worked mince with a strange metallic taste, just like other bad reviews did warn for. Making a decent burger can't be that hard for someone working in a kitchen.

No one at my table was happy. The fish was barely touched due to the bad taste and presentation. So what in the world is going on with all five star reviews? Lured us in for sure.
