Restaurant Sason Kebab & Pizzahouse — Restaurant in Hjørring Municipality

Well the place looks nice, and the atmosphere feels spacious and with a calming but subtle music in the background it it really feels like a nice and relaxed place. Here comes the problems tho, I personally had the 136 or the xl burger(I’m a big boy😂) and tho the meat and bun was great, the whole thing would have been a lot better if they had more sauce or just spices, it was just so bland that you got bored by bite 3 and by bite 6 you wouldn’t want anymore. Same with the fries, they didn’t have a resemblance of what you would call salt or pepper. I had the opportunity of trying a pizza too, while it had a little more taste, it was still bland, it’s like when the pizza was done you just put some salt and pepper on and whatever else “mix” you kept for that purpose instead of actually spicing the individual parts of the process. It also lacked sauce if you ask me, while that part is subjective from person to person on pizza, by almost all standards it was bland compared to what you would expect a pizza to have. But here’s the worst part, so I ordered a faxe Kondi, well this was probably the most disappointing drink I have ever drank, it honestly I think they tuned the machine to give barely any sirup or something because you could literally not hear any of taste, it was purely sparkling water with a small hint of sweetener, I don’t think it would be any difference if I just went to the store and bought sparkling water and just put in like 50 grams of sugar. Oh and Pepsi had the same problem, while not so bad as the Faxe Kodi, it still was more water than Pepsi and honestly it was just a disappointing experience all around. Jeg håber det var en dårlig dag de havde, for det vi oplevede var dårlig mad kombineret med dårlig og uprofessionel servering/håndtering af situationen. Man skulle tro at de ikke kendte deres eget menukort, da jeg ikke modtog det jeg havde bestilt. Jeg havde bestilt en kurdisk special med fire slags kød og min kone en okse mørbrad. Da maden ankom var der kun to slags kød med i min ret og min kones "oksemørbrad" var så tør/sej at hun opgav at spise den. Henvendelse til tjener medførte en besked om at der var en slags kød mere på vej, da jeg stadig manglede en slags kød. Fortæller dem at der er fire i menukortet, så jeg forventede to slags kød mere. Senere ankommer et stykke kød med besked fra kokken om at jeg havde fået hvad jeg skulle have. Den diskussion fortsatte ind til betaling hvor jeg forventede et afslag for manglende servering af den komplette ret. Serveringen mente at kokken ikke kunne tælle og at jeg havde fået hvad jeg skule have og det skinnede lidt igennem at de mente at det nok egentlig var mig der var problemet. Vi betalte fuld pris for 1 mangelfuld ret og 1 der var tilnærmelsesvis uspiselig. Vi må så også sige at salatbaren var rigtig god. Vi ville ikke lade den oplevelse ødelægge vores gode humør, så vi betalte for at komme væk. Efterfølgende synes jeg dog at situationen berettiger denne anmeldelse. We’re visitors from Malaysia, and we absolutely loved our experience at Sason Kebab & Pizzahouse! The food was awesome — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It’s such a relief to find delicious halal options while traveling, and this place exceeded our expectations.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, tasty halal food in town. We’ll definitely come back...
