Horrible experience with the staff. We specifically ordered a sandwich without shrimps as my mother is allergic and after receiving said sandwich with shrimp we tried to give it back. The waitress told us to just take off the shrimp, which is highly dangerous. She refused to make a new sandwich and lied to my mother, that we didn't order correctly which was plain false as we had 2 witnesses for the correct order. They didn't even try to compensate us with a different dish and just told us to order something new for the full price. Absolutely unacceptable service. We will never visit here again. All in all, a really positive experience. We will come again. Easy table reservation on the mobile and when we arrived we were politely received, A new concept "Social dining" was presented, but as there were only two of us, the choice fell on fish soup, catch of the day (haddock), fillet of plaice, cheese platter and desert of the day (banana split). Drinks were a small blonde Cimber rain, a large dark Cimber rain and a Brevmaster IPA.

Everything was nicely presented and tasted wonderful. We got one large beer for a small price, as snacks were not served as ordered on arrival, nice gesture.

ALERT!! This is the absolute the worst place when it comes to seafood and customer service. I was there today and ordered a fishsoup. My mom and the others had softdrinks and burger. But the fishsoup tasted like rotten fish. Nobody of our party of 5 could eat it. My sister almost threw up tasting it. We told the waiter that nobody could eat it because of the terrible taste. I refused to pay and then I had a long talk with "the owner" and he Said that it should taste like this. OH MY!
