Had a horrible experience dining here as the first thing after coming to Hulhumalè. ADVICE - Don't go to this place. The roshi was frozen, probably days old. I asked for what was displayed as an offer on the menu. They served me half of that saying the juice and eggs are not available. I only ate 1 out of the 4 roshi given complained, left the rest of the food, and was about to leave. They give me a bill that's double the offer on menu. And the staff came for an arguement so I just paid and left but will never head to this place again!

One more down on the bøfsandwich tour. This one was definitely the tallest so far, and by looking at the pictures, I think everyone can imagine how fulfilling it was. It even made me happy with the small portion of fries 😅 The beef was super tender, the bread really fluffy, and the fried onions were “on point”. This sandwich goes into my top 3, but not to top 1, as I didn’t enjoy that much the addition of the fried pork skin (flæskesvær) to the fried onions on top.

Så er jeg komme til toppen af Bøfsandwich anmeldelser. Endelig efter lang tids venten fik vi i dag bord på cafe Ella i Horsens for at smage hvad der er valgt som Danmarks bedste. Det har bestemt været ventetiden værd, en meget anderledes og helt vild spændende bøfsandwich med en smagsoplevelse der kun kan betegnes som eksplosiv, bær, røget flæskesvær, mayonnaise og de mere traditionelle ting som, rødbeder, løg og en brun sovs der kun kan betegnes som let og svævende på tungen, bestemt ikke tung og fed, en klassiker har fået nyt liv. Ligeså stor en kunst som Horsens Kunstmuseum kan fremvise , mindst. Min eneste anke var da jeg er traditionel at der var for få bløde løg. Hvortil kokken Jimi, svarede der er altid nogen der skal brokke sig😂 Han har i øvrigt komponeret en fremragende mørk øl, der er som skabt til bøfsandwichen. Helt sikkert 5 Stjerner kan anbefales ! Du skal bestille bord i god tid, for der er rift om den.

Ella does a decent job producing their prize Bofsandwich. But I have to say that it is simply not at the level of Havnens Perle and Rasses Skovpolser.

Service is totally fine, nothing to complain about there.

Atmosphere is what you could expect from the front-hall of an art museum.
