Lucky Sushi — Restaurant in Køge Municipality

First of all we have been here many times and always had a good experience. However today we had problems all the sushi came out ok but the warm food which I ordered went wrong,first off all half my order didn't come then when we asked about it the waitress had to reorder and no rush was put on it after 20 min i asked again and when the waitress asked the kitchen staff got angry at the waitress and words were exchanged. I ordered more which was all ok but when I ordered the next round for myself, we were told after about 10 mins the kitchen was closing soon and we needed to order now. I didn't want to order more just in case I couldn't eat it what I had already ordered and get charged more for wasting the food. when the last food came there was so much salt on it I couldn't eat it all. When we complained I was told only 10% off the drinks which would have been 15kr discount. When I asked to speak to the manager she refused and said the waitress was the manager then they said it all was a system issue and many other excuses. Eventually they phoned someone either the owner or another manager. I was offered a 100kr gift card or 20% off the drinks. I honestly can say the waiting staff are great. However the management have issues they were rude to the waiting staff when taking my complaints to the kitchen they cant take responsibility for errors on thier watch and the way they deal with problems is shocking. We all know things can go wrong but it's how a restaurant...

Nice sushi in Køge … but to me inside is a little dark ! Take a long time for leave the food at table so need to order max if dont want to be at table more then 20 min for more food ! The owner dont help too much and just make more problem ! I was there with 3 friend and we leave the hungry ! The food we taste was good but we order other tinhs we wait more then 30 min and nothing so we decide to leave - we pay alot money for eat maximo 6 pieces of sushi :(

The owner need to be out of the bussiness and pay someone for help the customers The food can be good but if it is poorly managed everything becomes horrible.

The toilet was dirty when we were there ( dirty and smelling...

Good sushi, but extremely slow service. If there would be a 0 star in service I would probably choose that. Have been sitting here for more than an hour and I’ve received half of my first (modest order of 20 sushis) order. We’ve chosen the “all you can eat menu” but hard to do it when there’s nothing to eat really.

First and last time coming here. The staff must be extremely poorly organized since most people around are waiting as well, and there seems to be many people in the kitchen as well as more than sufficient waiters.

Quite disappointing and rather frustrating....
