Gusto Giusto — Restaurant in Roskilde Municipality

Visiting this place was a complete experience. Make sure to set aside enough time for it—it's worth it. I went with my good friend Sebastian, and the food was delicious. We had plenty of time to enjoy all the courses, drink our wines, and relax without any stress.

The wines paired perfectly with the food, complementing each dish beautifully. The staff was attentive to my personal wine preferences and made excellent recommendations. I really appreciated the explanations and fun facts about the wines.

The ambiance was very pleasant and quiet, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or stressed by the staff. The service was splendid; they frequently checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory without being intrusive.

I would definitely recommend going there with enough time to fully enjoy the experience.

Lidt Kejserens nye klæder. Alt, alt for selvhøjtideligt og snobbet. Tjeneren (ejeren?) var arrogant. Hun belærte os om vin (holdt et langt foredrag, inden udskænkning) uden at vi havde bedt om en undervisning. Hun blev decideret sur, da hendes forslag om hvidvin, ikke faldt i min smag. Begge vores forretter var frossen. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på det, blev der blot sagt, at selvfølgelig var de det, ellers kunne det ikke skæres ud... Måske skulle man lade retten stå og tø lidt op inden servering?? Synd, for det var ellers lækkert. De to andre tjenere var forvirrede og kunne/måtte ikke svare på noget. De skulle spørger ejeren om alt. Vores cappuccino (til 50 kr pr. kop) blev dænget til med kakao. Hvorfor spørger man ikke lige først?? Der var hundekoldt og vi sad og frøs. Jeg måtte tage min frakke på til sidst. Da vi modtog regningen, bemærkede vi, at der ikke var givet afslag på prisen, trods klagen. Vi mente, at huset evt. kunne have givet kaffen, som plaster på såret, men nej. Jeg lod en bemærkning om, at jeg nok ville lave en anmeldelse. Det blev hun virkelig rasende over og sagde, at jeg ikke skulle "sidde der og true" En rigtig...
