What an amazing experience. If Google let me give them 10 stars, that’s what I would give Lyst. First off, this building is amazing. You walk up and there will be someone who gives you a quick tour of the public area of this building. Then you go up to these stairs to the restaurant where you’re greeted with the nicest people ever. They even give you a welcome drink which was delicious. While you’re sipping away, the chef will tell you about the concept of how they come up with the menu everyday. You’re served around 20 dishes. They ask if you’ll like to pair your meal with wine tasting which we opted out on. It was actually a blessing to do that because they gave us 2 complimentary drinks during the meal as part of elevating the dish so we definitely would of been drunk if we also did the wine tasting. My wife and I dined at Restaurant Lyst Saturday May 29th 2021.

The experience was exquisite! Surrounded with beautiful architecture, custom made furniture and special designed “eating tools” we enjoyed a very special afternoon/evening.

We were served 19 dishes and nothing disappointed. The menu was created with all the best of local produce from the area around Vejle which was extremely well composed and tasteful.

The exclusive wine pairing was spot on - well balanced and elevated the menu to perfection.

The staff was beaming with enthusiasm all over the restaurant and it was a pleasure to have a precise presentation of each serving always delivered with a smile and a bit of humor. This was exactly like we love to be served - discrete staff and when you need them they are just there.
