Read moreWe have been to Flammen a few times during our visits to Denmark and we are aware that it is a buffet style experience and you should not expect a steakhouse experience, but the quality of the meat was not good this time; the chicken from the grill was extremely dry. Chicago pork was decent, but two portions was apparently from the end piece and it completely white and was nothing but fat. This is not something you serve customers, it's a waste product.
