I can start by saying that the food was not too bad, and that is the only good thing I can say. The reason I gave 2 stars was because of the extremely bad service. And when I say extremely I mean EXTREMELY. I think it might have something to do with either untrained or just not enough employees, because the restaurant was almost completely empty so I do not know how things could take so long and not even be true to the order. We ordered a burger that went bread, ketchup, meat and pickles. We wait half an hour, which already is pretty slow, and get a plain bread meat bread burger. So we give it back so they can put ketchup and pickles in it. They put one little pickle in but we decided not to bother giving it back so they could add ketchup. A nice place to grab some grub while visiting Bilka. Placing an order on the touchscreen was easy and intuitive, where you grab a small numbered sign to place on your table. After maybe 10-15min, a staff member will bring your food, so there's no need to stand in queue to wait or to look at any screen for your number. I ate here 3 times in 2 weeks, and the serving staff always seem to be a bit rushed and tired, but not rude in any way. Food was mostly original and unique, and taste was pretty decent. My favorite so far was the Diablo burger. There are 3 sizes to the menus, but I'd advice against getting the largest menu, since the soda cup was ridiculously huge while the food portion was the same as the middle option. Overall a...

Ville lige have lidt hurtig mad fra Drive Through, og bestilte en Double Delicious, en gang Bacon Ranch Fries, og en shake De to retter er på tilbud, så man må forvente at der omsættes en del af dem. Fra jeg bestille ved standeren, går der så 22 minutter, hvor INGEN i køkkenet så meget som kigger i retning af drive through vinduet. Omsider kommer maden, og jeg bliver ønsket en god dag. JEG minder så ekspedienten om at han da vist skal have nogle penge af mig. Efter at have betalt, og være blevet ønsket endnu en god dag, kører jeg til en hyggelig rasteplads, hvor jeg så finder ud af at jeg ikke har fået Bacon Ranch Fries, men Chili Cheese Fries. Intet større problem ... Indtil det så også viser sig at der mangler en gaffel. Det kunne jeg også håndtere, hvis fritterne var hårde, og kunne bruges til at tage kødsaucen op med. Det er de desværre ikke, så det hele svarer lidt til at spise spaghetti Bolognese med fingrene. Jeg vil opfordre samtlige Carl's Jr ansatte til at spise en omgang Chili Cheese Fries med fingrene.
