Super inflexible and family-unfriendly! On a table with 4 paying adults - having already just spent several hundred kroner on food and drinks on the premises - they wouldn't let our 3 year old eat her packed lunch. Therefore mum, 1 year old baby and 3 year old daughter had to go outside to eat (she's fussy and just wanted to eat her apple). It's petty, unnecessary, and frankly just greedy. We initially had good impressions and I could have imagined spending a lot of time (and money!) here in future, but we won't be back, so this is really short-sighted and doesn't even make commercial sense. Congratulations for ruining our lunch, losing yourself future business from us, our friends and family - I hope it was worth your 'reward/benefit' of preventing a 3 year old from eating some slices...

I am missing healthier options within the offer. It would be great if the children's room had more entertaining options. I ordered Spanish food from Bocado that didn't taste like Spanish food at all and that included very unexpected ingredients that made it uneatable for a Spanish taste (chili in meatballs or horse radish in Cesar salad). The concept of having to buy food first to get access to the toilets is truly unsympathetic. No going to the toilet or washing your hands before food.

Sorry, but it's not like we customers want to annoy you, it's just a necessity like breathing.
