We came here with our family to enjoy good food and the beautiful beach. First of all we had to register and pay $20 per person to enter the Cap Cana Area. The person showed us a map of cap cana and told us we can use this credit at this beach or the Marina. That was their first error , apparently she made a reservation in their system for another restaurant at the Marina but said nothing to us and just sent us on our way. When we arrived at the beach we sat at the table and my husband asked our water how we go about using our credit $20 person (we were 6) and he said yes no problem at the end you give it to us. When we wanted to pay Our bill which was super expensive for really mediocre food and drinks they then advised us our ticket for the credit was not good for this restaurant… which was super frustrating because at the registration office she said we can use it for any place and the waiter said yes no problem give it to me at the end. We spoke to many people and my brother in law speaks Spanish so we tried to straighten this out but they just kept passing the blame on us. After an hour of arguing we had no choice to pay the bill in full and we then went to try and straighten this out or get a credit at the front registration office. When we arrived it was a different woman who said nothing can be done. Apparently the first woman had made a reservation for us at the marina and that was the only place our credit could be used. There was no apology no offer to try and compensate some how not even a credit … it’s such a terrible mentality we have encountered there (too bad so sad) they are all just happy to take your money but no one ever wants to help. Even the guard at the entrance was super rude to us. Honestly I would avoid this place due to the price service and food and drinks ! But if you chose to go for the beach make sure at the registration office they make the correct reservation to apply the credit. We basically paid $120 just to enter a very mediocre restaurant and then paid high price for basic food and...
Read moreI find great pleasure in frequenting this establishment whenever I visit Cap Cana. The menu offers a delightful assortment, accompanied by refreshingly chilled beverages. The service provided by the staff is undoubtedly commendable, as they consistently exhibit a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Nestled in the heart of Juanillo Beach, this establishment boasts breathtaking views that truly enhance the overall experience.
One of the nice features is the option to relax on beach chairs while being served or to retreat indoors to the recently opened small café. This indoor oasis provides a respite from the sun, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshment or dessert in a tranquil and comfortable setting.
Overall, the combination of cuisine, refreshing beverages, and warm service, all set against the backdrop of Juanillo Beach, makes this establishment an absolute gem. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to experience it...
Read moreLazy service, came at 6pm with a reservation with a minimum consumption of $40 and then the server rushed me to order because they said they were closing the kitchen. Offered Nachos and chips while I decided which came out stale and wet. They charged me $100 for a mediocre redfish. The stale nachos cost me $15. The only reason I made the reservation to begin with is because its the only way you can actually access the beach. Unfortunately this company owns all of punta canas better beaches and natural attractions including ojos indigenas. They charge you $120 per person including $120 for small children just to visit a natural spring. Overall Really terrible service and mediocre food at top of the line American prices in a third...
