Horrible service, horrible food one night I got terribly sick off their food and I was violently throwing up. I was so sick I wasn't able to eat for 3 days after that experience. Edited review a week later...... Surprisingly, a week later the owners of the restaurant had the audacity to approach me in the street and asked if I wrote the one star review. I told them yes respectfully and the female owner agressively threatened to attack me "to beat my a$$" in her words because I left an honest 1 star review on how I got terribly sick off their food. Great professionalism right? Freedom of speech......google is here to leave honest reviews. I've eaten at this restaurant 4 times and have had 2 bad experiences. The male owner who was the server, messed up my order and he served me butter garlic shrimp. He admitted to his fault but did not apologize. I sent the plate back and when the plate returned there was coconut curry sauce lightly poured on top of a POOL of butter garlic. Lazy right? They didn't even remake the dish. They dispassionately layed the curry sauce on top of the butter garlic sauce. So I sent the plate back a second time, because I was not interested in eating a plate of butter with a few drops of curry. What was really unacceptable was that I had to send the plate back a third time because they still failed to correct their error, serving me the same exact butter garlic shrimp! I refused to pay for the shrimp because I had to send it back three times, 3 TIMES! The female owner refunded me the money with poor uncontrolled behavior. Displaying a nasty attitude, slamming the cash drawer and tossing my money at me. I never once got an apology for their failed attempts nor their lack of offering a proper solution. A completely different day I got terribly sick off a meat dish I ordered there, violently sick, violently vomiting. I thought I was going to die, seriously! I was so sick I couldn't eat for 3 whole days after that. So there you have it. Read moreWe came to grab dinner at this place and we ordered several things. Ensalada de pulpo was just ok, though bread wasn't fresh. Onion soup had more bread than anything else, but i must confirm that the taste of the soup was ok. French fries were rather "sad" fries, full of oil, very soft (wet) and impossible to be eaten. We left over 70% of fries and we mentioned this to a waiter and asked him to try it and he smiled and quickly took a plate away (maybe to hide it from the owner?). Of course no reaction to our opinion. Last we also ate choy de camarones. Rice was oversalted and shrimps were either coming from a frozen bag or were not cooked properly (hard, like chewing gum). Piña-colada - not sure it even had alcohol (i also saw other have similar doubts). We left disappointed. A restaurant has a potential, there are many guests coming to eat, but quality should improve in order to keep receiving good rates.

However, next day, even though we were seated separately and far away from the rest of clients, while doing a toast, which was loud (as the previous day), instead of being asked to quiet down, were treated rudely by the staff. They suggested we leave immediately instead of asking politely to lower our voices first, which we would’ve done without a problem. We were a group of 14 people and instead of trying to mediate the situation respectfully, we were mistreated and decided to leave.
