We went to Impuestos Internos and on the way downstairs we saw this little Cafe called KLO Kitchen & Market (de Don Emilio). SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! As we waited for a few minutes a gentleman brought us the menus. After waiting another 10 min or so. The cashier came to ask us if we wanted to get something to drink. We ordered 2 black coffees. My wife ordered an omlet and I ordered eggs over easy with bacon. As per the menu. Each order indicated that it came with tostadas. So I asked the cashier, who was taking our order since the waiter was not around, what type of bread they had for the tostadas and she gave us a couple options including croissants. We chose the croissants. I asker her how many eggs came with order since menu said "Eggs your style". She said one, so I ordered an extra egg. When we got the meals my wife got her omelet with a croissant and I got a egg and bacon sandwich with an egg on the side that wasn't over easy. I asked the waitress/cashier why it was a sandwich and she said because thats how the cook made it.. All this time the heavy set woman that was in the opposite corner from us. Who I later found out that was the manager. Cared more about the music and her meal than the customers. While she heard our whole conversation with the cashier/waitress. We later got the bill and were charged extra for the croissants. The money was not an issue, because i paid total bill which included tips and taxes. When I got up and asked the manager if she was in charge? She said yes. So I proceeded to asked her about the bill and the extra charges. She said that it was because the croissants were not part of the meal on menu. I asked her why we were told different and the menu did not specify? She said they would make the corrections on the menu and would let the staff know. It seemed like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear. Don't think anything will be done. The manager is supposed to be on top of everything. And it shows that she is not, by how the staff act. I have been a restaurant owner for over 15 years. Serving over 500 people on Sundays alone, at one of my restaurants. The food was good, the coffee is average. The cashier should be in charge because she was the only one that put any initiative to take care of the customers. Without customers there is no positions for a manager like that. We will not be going here again.

Don’t believe the hype of TikTok. No vengas aquĂ­ con hambre o mejor aĂșn, no vengas aquĂ­ en absoluto. Hay mejores lugares en Santiago. Rollitos de cerdo were trash. they messed up my order. I oreded the pasta with shrimp and got pasta with chicken ? I didn’t get my food because they had to remake it. Took it to go because everyone I was with finished eating before it was ready. Steak was over done for someone else order even though we asked for medium. Chivo risotto had 4 pieces of meat. Also finished our drinks before the entree came to the table. Would never come here again. 👎

En verdad tengo varios puntos para sugerir. 1ro. Cuando harĂĄn las bebidas en especial las margaritas en la mayorĂ­a de lugares los bordes son con sal, el mesero debe preguntar si quiere los bordes con azĂșcar o con sal por que no todos tienen los mismos gustos. 2do. Cuando se ordena cada quien ordena lo que quiere, es de suponer que cada quien ordena a su presupuesto por que cada quien lleva su dinero, es decir que a la hora de llevar la cuenta serĂ­a bueno que pregunten si quieren la cuenta juntas o separadas. Debido a que si yo tengo 1000 pesos para consumir y cuando traen cuenta separada y falta dinero tendrĂ­a que poner de lo mĂ­o cuendo mi presupuesto era de 1000 pesos (cada quien su cuenta separada, obviamente se pregunta antes de si quieren la cuenta junta o separada) 3ero. A los precios deberĂ­an agregarle el iterbios y no ponerlo debajo, cada producto deberĂ­a tener el Itebis incluido por mĂ­ mismo que decĂ­a ( cada persona va con un presupuesto de lo que puede gastar, no todo el mundo sabe calcular el itebis y si yo ordeno pensando que cada producto tiene el itebis incluido a la hora de pagar harĂ­a mĂĄs dinero de lo que pensĂ© que harĂ­a. ( ejemplo, yo observo el menĂș y voy pidiendo hasta llegar a mi presupuesto, a la hora de pagar por no aclararme que no tiene los itebis incluido oooo que no le expliquen cĂłmo calcularlo yo a la hora de pagar entonces serĂ­a mĂĄs dinero que lo que calculĂ© cuando estaba ordenando. 4to. La comida es excelente lo Ășnico es ponerle un poco mĂĄs de sazĂłn por que no todos comen una comida desabrida. EL LUGAR ES HERMOSO PARA TOMARSE FOTOS Y LOS PRECIOS SON ASEQUIBLES, EL PERSONAS ES SUMAMENTE AMABLE Y TIENEN UN 10/10 DE MI PARTE💗

Estuve ahĂ­ la noche de mi cumpleaños. No fue nada memorable por culpa de la mala atenciĂłn de la mesera. Primero nos recibiĂł a la entrada preguntĂĄndonos si querĂ­amos estar adentro o afuera y escogimos adentro del restaurante. Luego nadie nos atendĂ­a hasta que mi esposa fue a buscarla. Vino y nos dijo que a ella no le tocaba esa mesa sino a otra chica, pero que igual nos atendĂ­a. En fin nos dio los menĂșs digitales y tuvimos que llamarla nuevamente para hacer el pedido. Pedimos dos sushi, una entrada y una pasta, junto a tres refrescos. El tiempo de espera fue normal y primero llegĂł con 2 de los platos, pero en ese momento no nos habĂ­a puesto ni cubiertos, ni servilletas, ni habĂ­a traĂ­do los refrescos, que suelen traerlos bien rĂĄpido. En fin nos trajo dos pares de cubiertos con una sola servilleta! Le pedimos mĂĄs servilletas y los refrescos. Trajo los sushi que faltaban y nos preguntĂł si tenĂ­amos los palillos! Claro, no los habĂ­a traĂ­do. Empezamos a comer pero aĂșn no traĂ­an los refrescos, ni mĂĄs servilletas. De pronto le pedimos a otro mesero que cruzaba y se sorprendiĂł, nos trajo los refrescos muy rĂĄpidamente y las servilletas. En ese punto decidimos no tomar los tres refrescos sino solo dos, ya que estĂĄbamos a la mitad de los platos ya y aun no se habĂ­an abierto los refrescos. Al terminar de comer, pedĂ­ la cuenta y en esta incluyo el tercer refresco. La llamĂ© y le dije, pero me respondiĂł que una vez digitado no lo podĂ­a retirar. Le replique que buscase a quien debiera ser, pero no iba a pagar un refresco que no tome y que ni siquiera se abriĂł. Finalmente dio varias vueltas y volviĂł con la cuenta correcta. Pague, pero no deje propina adicional. La verdad un servicio de muy mala calidad, aunque lo comida estaba bien, esos detalles te dañan un momento que deberĂ­a haber sido muy agradable con mucha facilidad. No creo que regrese, hoy en dĂ­a los meseros suelen ser muy profesionales en la gran mayorĂ­a de restaurantes en Santiago, y prefiero buscar otro sitio luego de esta...

Be prepared to be denied MANY options in the menu. 3 different things I asked for and settled for a steak which was NOT medium rare, as I asked. The waiter "wrote" all of our orders down however we were still missing half of the food ordered. We had to keep reminding the waiter about the missing food and he NEVER came once after the food came to ask us how everything was. I'm definitely not coming back. The decorations are nice but the ambience did NOT give me Republica Dominicana, the elevator music was horrid, almost put me to sleep. I've eaten better, much more flavorful food at the...
