This is a beautiful restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining options, offering a great environment to relax and enjoy a meal. The place itself is stunning, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The place it's new and the location it's excellent, but the service needs to be improved by 200%, today service it's everything, this is a personal experience. We had a reservation for a group for a birthday, when you arrived with the cake, flowers and balloons nobody offers to help with the setup, we order water for the table the waitress didn't serve the water, we had to do it ourselves, also when we placing the order for the Entries we decided to make a change before complete the order and the server told us to make sure what do we want because to make a simple change they need to call the manager, which doesn't make sense, if a costumer needs to make a change this should be no trouble at all. El lugar está hermoso, súper bien ubicado y decorado acorde a las exigencias de los nuevos tiempos que se están viviendo en Santiago, un sitio en donde puedes encontrarte con amigos o en negocios, y al mismo tiempo, un espacio romántico. Las cadenas delicadas que decoran parte del restaurante llamaron de manera positiva mi atención, aunque las del menú no tanto. La descripción del menú está súper completa, y todo lo que lees se escucha apetitoso, yo me comí un bourguignon, que por mis raíces, puedo decirles que estaba delicioso, pedí a la mesera que extendiera mis felicitaciones al chef; ojalá se lo haya dicho. Los postres estaban divinos, y nos atendieron de forma muy amable y respetuosa cuando hubo un pequeñito inconveniente con uno de los postres. Así que de manera general el restaurante me gustó muchísimo, pensamos seguir visitándoles. La crítica constructiva sería lo que siempre digo; que la atención al cliente es algo que constantemente debe ser reforzado, el servicio es muy amable, pero como en otros lugares andan un poco en las nubes. .
