The food here is delicious, but what really separates this restaurant from other restaurants in the Dominican Republic is having trained consistent staff members. Any visitor to the Dominican Republic knows that customer services is not always first priority. At this restaurant staff is professionally trained and friendly. No matter what your request is, the staff is always eager to please. If you have a request for your dish to be made a special way, or anything out of the ordinary, they will try their best to accommodate you. I ordered a seafood pasta from this place and I felt cheated, the Lobster’s was smaller than my palm and the food took over an hour to get delivered when I’m only 4 to 8 minutes away from this restaurant, I feel bad eating this baby lobster that didn’t even reach the age of adolescence come on guys it’s lobster season do better, knowing that I won’t be compensated.
