Lacking customer service and common sense. Went with my wife and kids. We had to find the way to set up a table for 6 as the staff didn't had a clue on it. Sodas lacked bubbles and fizz.

This is an ongoing issue with their machine. The food for kids (pizzas and chicken fingers) came scorching hot and given to them without warning (come on, common sense here). The pizzas were not very good.

Do yourself a favor, do not go here. I came here because I love the chain in the US but the service was so poor that we had to wait over 35 mins seating in our table and no one came to our table to even take our order. We decided to leave because no one will ever wait over a half an hour to eat at chili’s. Definitively they need to train their staff in customer service and either get more staff or decrease the number of customer to ensure adequate service. Ironically Ribs were the worst thing you could ever order here. They were almost like ham, emulsified texture. There's only one option of ribs and that's it, no baby back or anything. Drinks are good enough, it depends on the bartender, first time I went there I couldn't believe how good drinks were second time was different.
