McDonald's Sarasota — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

The worst McDonald's in the whole Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional area. The service is slow even when there's no costumers, prices are constantly changing for the products, cashiers give bad service, have horrible personality and are for the most part trying to scam the costumer from their money in most occasions so be careful and pay attention to your receipt. Finally the food is just horrendous! Cold, modly, old and disgusting. If you really want to eat at a McDonald's I recommend to avoid this one and go to the one in Lincoln Avenue or Tiradentes...

The worst service at take out and complaints management i ordered a sesame burguer and they gave me a chicken burguer, that was reallly spicy wich i am allergic, when i called back to report it. They keep me waiting and nobody talked to me. I put the comment in their ig account and they send me a dm asking me for my phone numbrer that was 3 months ago and im still waiting for the call, still waiting for my sesame burguer, and still waiting to hear what they are goining to do with the fact that i had an allergic reacction to their mistake...

Same comments for this location. All McDonald's have the same deficiency. They always have a confusion with the orders. You never get what you see on pictures (I don't mind paying more as long as I get what I payed for) but I am against the false advertising. Food taste is not what it used to be. With the exception of the one located at Núñez de Cáceres Ave. This one has been okay so far. Maybe is because I never order...
