Pizzarelli — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

I ordered a pizza at 9:30 pm, they tell me it will be delivered by 10:10 pm. So I have to wait 40 minutes no problem. At around 10:15 pm I gave them a call to ask about the status of my pizza and the lady tells that the guy left a few minutes ago. Now from this place to my house in a delivery motorcycle it only takes you no more than 6 minutes, I know this because I have taken the route. The guy finally gets here at 10:25 pm exactly, with a cold pizza, warm soda, and hot tres leches desert (a desert made out of milk), the crazy part is that the idiot looks at me like "yo where's my tip?". When I called them to complain the lady tells me that they can send me another pizza, desert, and soda. I'm like are you serious, now I have to wait another freaking 30-40 minutes for it to get here? No thanks. Never again will I order pizza from here. If you are not from the Dominican Republic do not order pizza from here, the service is horrible and the delivery idiots have attitudes also when the deliver your pizza late and cold.

Great lasagna. Nice and fresh. The service needs lots of improvements. Our appetizers arrived after our meals. The waitress never checked on us after she placed our food on the table.
