KFC Crewe - Dunwoody Way — Restaurant in England

I had ordered today via just eat at around 3:20 pm and the delivery of that was brilliant I had received food by 3:50 can't complain here's where it takes a turn, driver turns up and I open the food right Infront of him and before both of our eyes half the order was missing 4x mini fillets 4x hot wings and when paying the price you pay for at KFC that's is abysmal, fair enough the driver just delivers the food and has no part in it he explained there's nothing he can do and said report it on the just eat app fair enough which I did terrible on the restaurants behalf absolute robbery, okay so I ate what I could at the time and saved some for later to my surprise at around 7 pm I go to eat the rest so I grabbed the rest of the popcorn chicken and decided to throw them into my mouth like I was finishing a pack of crisps. Jesus Christ do I regret that. I was met with a massively tangled female hair which I ended up pulling out my mouth and spitting the chicken back into the box and then vomiting this is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I will never be ordering KFC again that's that I have contacted Uber eats and emailed Cheshire east this is absolutely vile what a horrible experience. Not even close to being "Fast Food". I called into this KFC branch on my way home today. I'd not had a KFC meal in some time and so, quite excitedly, I decided to make use of the drive-thru. That was my first mistake, once another car joined the queue, I was stuck. At least if I'd gone into the restaurant, I could have easily just left the queue. Suffice to say, I was waiting for some time. I waited in a queue to make my order, I waited in a queue to get to the pick up window, and then I waited at the pick up window for my food. During all this time waiting I had a lot of time to think, and then over think. I calculated that in the time I was waiting for my food I could have popped into the adjacent Morrisons, purchased equivalent food items, driven home, cooked the aforementioned food and then started to eat it. I am not exaggerating, that is how long I was queuing for. To add insult to injury, I also worked out that, even including the cost of the electricity used to cook this food, it would also have been cheaper to have made this meal myself. As for the KFC food itself, I'd give it a 4/5. The chips were slightly undercooked and bordering on being cold, but other than that, my food was enjoyable. I'm just not sure if it was...

I’ve been to this fine establishment on multiple occasions, and each time I’ve been most impressed. I ordered my food and got my food within less than 5 minutes, speedy service indeed. I thought that because I got my food quickly, that the quality wouldn’t be too good. But I was wrong. Very. Very. Wrong. I ordered a 3 piece colonels meal for one (chicken on the bone) with a tango and Oreo krushem. The chicken was beautifully crispy but at the same time the meat was juicy and tender. I could only think of one word. Elegance. A beautiful range of scrumptious flavours bursted into my mouth. Finger lickin’ goodness. It was the best chicken I have ever had in my life. And each time I’ve gone here I’ve never been disappointed. It may have been because I went at 6pm and it wasn’t busy at all but that doesn’t change the fact that the quality of the food was incredible, extraordinary. The Oreo krushem was also stupendous and I recommend this fine establishment to absolutely everyone. Even vegans. I feel like the beautiful food at this place would make a vegan person rethink their life. An absolutely stupendous establishment....
