CRAVE Crewe & Legendary waffles — Restaurant in England

Absolutely disgusting from start to finish. Has gone down hill hugely after being taken over. Ordered two burgers, 2 chips and some onion rings for £33.50! Got home to find out my order was missing a chips… then upon opening the burgers they were swimming in grease. Both Burgers were RAW inside, bacon was white coloured and the pulled pork looked like it had been mixed with water. I called up to complain and was told I could have 20% off my next order, after saying no I want a replacement I was told okay, 20 minutes. 1 hour later, nothing. Called up several times and kept getting told a different story. Finally the Burgers arrived and again both RAW inside, both missing items on the description of the burger. I called up again and complained and was told I was “wrong” and demanded a refund which was given after some attitude from the owners. Shouldn’t be called Legendary Waffles, it should be called Disgusting Waffles. Never again. Don’t waste your hard...

I ordered Knysza for delivery yesterday and waited about an hour, which seemed reasonable initially. However, when the food arrived, I was quite disappointed. Two of the Knyszas were cold, which was a major letdown considering the wait. Moreover, there was a mix-up with the sauces; I ordered a mixed sauce but received garlic instead, which wasn't what I was expecting.

The chicken in the Knyszas was dry, further diminishing the overall enjoyment of the meal. The only redeeming feature was the bread, which was nicely baked and tasted good, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to salvage the overall experience.

Regrettably, this was the worst Knysza I've ever had. I hope the restaurant takes feedback seriously and works on these areas, especially ensuring food warmth upon delivery and accuracy...

Weird experience here at CRAVE. Whilst the waffle I had (and my friend) was tasty, it just looked a little sad (especially when compared to the photos they share on social media). Waffles came out about 5 minutes apart and looking at the prep area, they only seemed to have the one waffle maker on the go. Whilst we ordered tea the server didnt serve it and said we hadn't ordered (it was the first thing we mentioned!) nice outdoor space. We did come for the large ice cream, but unfortunately we were a bit early and they were cleaning the machine - bad timing on our part, but then perhaps the cleaning schedule should be done either before opening or perhaps at the end...
