Absolutely disgusting from start to finish. Has gone down hill hugely after being taken over. Ordered two burgers, 2 chips and some onion rings for £33.50! Got home to find out my order was missing a chips… then upon opening the burgers they were swimming in grease. Both Burgers were RAW inside, bacon was white coloured and the pulled pork looked like it had been mixed with water. I called up to complain and was told I could have 20% off my next order, after saying no I want a replacement I was told okay, 20 minutes. 1 hour later, nothing. Called up several times and kept getting told a different story. Finally the Burgers arrived and again both RAW inside, both missing items on the description of the burger. I called up again and complained and was told I was “wrong” and demanded a refund which was given after some attitude from the owners. Shouldn’t be called Legendary Waffles, it should be called Disgusting Waffles. Never again. Don’t waste your hard earned cash!!!
