It gave me food poisoning.

This place was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you’re vegetarian. Not only did they mess up my order, but the food also gave me and my dad food poisoning.

Here’s what happened: I ordered 10 vegetarian dumplings and 10 non-vegetarian dumplings. Later, I noticed a promotion for 24 dumplings, 4 wontons, and 2 drinks, so I asked if we could upgrade our order to include the extras. They said yes, but when they brought out the food, everything was mixed together on one plate.

When I pointed out that I’m vegetarian and even specifically ordered vegetarian wontons, and dumplings, they blamed me, saying it was my fault for not clarifying earlier. Seriously? How could I have been clearer?

To make things worse, the vegetarian dumplings made both me and my dad sick. This place clearly doesn’t care about their customers or dietary needs. Avoid it...

This place is nice and cozy, and the service was great 👍🏼 The waiter was kind enough to tell us what was not available on the menu before choosing, which is a problem we often run into at other places.

I do share the sentiment of some people here that the dough is quite thick and reminiscent of ravioli. Also, they don't have that juicy inside filling, which is what makes dumplings dumplings for me. Taste-wise they were okay, but not great. I honestly don't know if I'll come back running, but maybe I'll just have to try some of the...

Experience was meh.

Just like others have said, the dumplings are doughy: they’re a thick and chewy layer of dough, similar to ravioli. They’re not the traditional thin layer of dough. And because of this, I was not a fan of the texture, especially since it was steamed it had a slimy feel. So I ended up pan frying them to salvage what I could.

I also ordered the Masala Soup which was very lack lustrous. It was absent in the “spices” and the dumplings were extremely soggy and breaking apart.
