Latino Cafe & Resturant — Restaurant in Alexandria

First off it took so long to seat us and when we were finally seated one of the staff members told us there was just one table ahead of us that wanted to sit next to the view. After 30 minutes I asked the manager when we could be moved but instead of answering politely he spoke to me rudely and dismissively. He said there was a waiting list and that there were others ahead of us even though I was previously told we were second in line for the view. On top of that when I was trying to get his attention earlier he deliberately ignored me and acted like he didn’t even see me. After all that a few side view tables cleared up but we were still left sitting where we were without any update or attempt to move us. When we finally wanted to order it took forever for anyone to come. The food wasn’t even that good the chicken Caesar salad seriously needed more sauce and our drinks came super late. I also had to ask three separate times just to get mayonnaise. The only nice person there was the guy who made our shisha. We waited 45 minutes for a seaside table and never got one. Clients who had clearly finished their meals just sat talking for a long time not freeing the tables. Even commented to the manager two girls at a table of four , one was literally face down sleeping! We took a table window side with a crappy and ordered. Eggs Benny served cold as if they came from the refrigerator, good flavor and presentation, bower they microwaved them overcooking the eggs to reheat! The country breakfast was very good. Our waiter took the order served it and never came back!!! Except with the check. The management escorted a table of ladies, after they had finished their meal and sat them at a seaside table when they had clearly arrived after us! Don’t waste your time there. You would have thought being the foreign tourists in the place they would have tried to be accommodating! Ha! The kitchen can’t handle the crowds. Overall average experience Nice place and perfect location, I was in the indoor area, average decorated and nice atmosphere but you should study the possibility of installing air-conditioning system.

Service was fast and orders came exactly as we ordered. Coffee taste was good.

There are small things you should take care of Staff must check the chinaware condition as my coffee mug was not in a perfect shape as it was beveled from the edge use coasters when serving cold drinks tissue quality is not good and it is not nicely placed in the holder staff to make sure of the overall setup of the place and making sure that chairs are organized and not scattered cash folder not in a good shape and you should look for another design smaller in size with better quality
