You need to work more on yourself ppl ‼️

Their a very few positive things but the negative stuff I faced at this hotel are uncountable and am completely shocked to face such stuff from a very old hotel like you .

Let’s start with the positive anyway: ✔️ Room view is amazing, we took suit on 7th floor (704) and the view is really overwhelming.

✔️ the bellman Ahmed Abdel Hamid, is the only person friendly and professional at this hotel with such a lovely smile all the time.

✔️ The food we order at dinner from room service, is really tasty and the portions is perfect 👍🏼

Negative things I faced that will make me never come again or even recommend you to anyone:

❌ stuff starting from the reception not friendly at all, they don’t even smile as if they are robots . (They trying so hard to be nice but they are not!)- the only was a bit friendly Ahmed El sayed on our check out , and as mentioned earlier the bellman Ahmed AbdelHamid.

❌ Rooms ventilation is terribly bad and smells no matter what disinfectant sprays I apply in the room or air freshener or even opening the terrace door. As if the smell coming out from the floor and ac.

❌ Towels are extremely old and damaged not representable at all specially we for the price we paid and the suit we choose ❗️

❌ AC is horrible , you can never fix it , it’s fixed on specific temperature and you can never change that. Which cause me a fever & stupid cold .

❌ Prices mentioned at the menu in the rooms are not like the receipt, which was totally unprofessional and a bit type of fraud.

❌ They mentioned they do have parking, BUT there is no parking, they use a parking from a tower next door with extra fee and far from the hotel you have to walk to reach the hotel and vice verse , plus you have to leave your keys and this is completely unacceptable for me . (Complete dishonest)

❌ Elevator is terribly slow and old .

❌ Corridors smells awful and no ventilation or even fan at corridors which make the smell unbearable.

❌ They mentioned at the menu that breakfast can be served in the room with extra 30 EGP, when we called to bring the breakfast up due to my fever , they refused saying it will be a La card ‼️‼️ not even 10% of humanity that am sick from there stupid AC.

❌ Breakfast buffet is really really poor comparing the price we paid, 2900 EGP per night I should see more than 2 plates of cheese of 2 plates of cold meat , and 5 trays only of hot plates like sausage , boiled eggs ..etc. and the bakery station is very limited and the eggs station not that clean or even taste good at all. Comparing to the price that was a complete SHOCK ❗️

You absolutely need to work on yourselves, a thought a hotel like you , with four seasons hotel next door I should seen more than that, unfortunately it was a complete waste of my money plus I got sick from your AC.

I 2 stars I gave you for location , dinner and Ahmed the bellman, but other than that you don’t deserve any star.

Thanks for ruining my accommodation at Alexandria, it’s been 10 years since I came to Alexandria and you made it the worst come back, I will have to stay another 10 years to overcome what I faced through...

The hotel has a great location on the beach, almost in the middle of the Alexandria Corniche. The room is not big, and if you like soft mattresses, look for another hotel. The mattress was very hard. If you can't stand noise, look for another hotel. I could hear traffic noise on the fifth floor, even with earplugs. The light in the room is okay, but old and needs to be changed. However, the room is clean. The bathroom is clean in appearance, but old and needs to be changed. As you can see, there are places on the sides that cannot be cleaned, especially inside and outside the shower. Also, it is difficult to close the shower door because the shower is not stable. The breakfast is okay, but not good. You always don't find spoons, cups, or glasses, and many times they take things from in front of you without asking if you have finished eating or not. {Maybe because they need the plates and other items and they don't have enough!?} The elevator broke down 5 times in a week, and I was always outside the hotel. The internet is not stable and weak if you want to use it for anything important. The service in the hotel is ok and friendly, but some of them need training. The coffee shop in the hotel is ok, but the men's toilet is always not clean and there is water on the floor that needs to be taken care of every hour or two. I always travel to many places in the world and for the price I paid in this hotel, I can find better rooms in more expensive countries and the standard of living. Worst Experience Ever – Unprofessional Management and Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from this venue. We made a reservation and agreed on a deal and package weeks before our event, only for the manager, Ahmed El Deeb, to change the terms just 2 hours before the event. He demanded more money and threatened to cancel our event if we didn’t comply. To make matters worse, he stopped the event planner from completing the decoration. His behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear he has no business being in a managerial position.

The setup was not as we had requested. The only services we had asked for were drinks and to have our outside catering set up, and they failed at both. The staff left the food in its boxes until the guests arrived, and only after we argued with them did they reluctantly set it up. Even then, they didn’t refill the buffet when it was running low, and they didn’t bother to bring out the desserts at all. The drinks offered were limited to just water and a poor-quality coffee – absolutely nothing special for the price we were paying.

The entire experience was a disaster. The only services they were responsible for were drinks and food setup, and they couldn’t even manage that. Thank goodness we had outside catering, because without it, our event would have been ruined. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
