Malakite Restaurant — Restaurant in Alexandria

I have tried many Indian Restaurants in different cities in Egypt. None of them ever provided the authentic Indian Taste. So I was sceptical about visiting Malakite at the beginning during my Alexandria tour.

But, after my dinner there I can happily confirm this place does not only provide the most authentic taste but also comes with a much cheaper cost of food compared to any other restaurants that are doing business using the Indian Food title in Egypt

The location is perfect in the Gleem Bay. The customer service is amazing. The chef is an expert in Indian cuisines who has worked long in Oberoi hotels and waiters have the best etiquette that I have ever seen in Egypt- an unmatchable Experience what even the so called famous hotels here are bereft of.

The chef even offered a free dish to me and my wife as a matter of welcome. The dinner there summed a perfect ending to our trip and I would always give my highest recommendation to...

Malakite is the epitome of a variety of dishes that tickles one's palate, almost as if to give an out of Alexandria experience. My fan favourite is the Asian menu that has such scrumptious meals 😋. The service by the waiters is acceptable as one is respectfully welcomed to the spacious restaurant where one can choose an outdoor or indoor sitting area. The meals take a while to get prepared, though, but when they do arrive, my goodness, all the hunger pangs are immediately addressed. I was there with my fiancé yesterday for dinner and the food was more than awful. We ordered some indian food, which not just came extremly late (we had to wait for someone to take the order 20 mins, and then the food took other 40 minutes to get out), but also disgustingly yukky. The chicken smelled and tasted so bad and the rice was cold. So I called a waiter and told him to change the food because of the smell and taste, the waiter took the food and brought it back the same it was so we ordered the check.
