Happy panda — Restaurant in Cairo

Fried noodles and sweet n sour chicken is a combo! Update to my review : I went there again after some time and things have changed. The noodles are not like before...no more hand-pulled noodles,different taste( they make them by machine and the flavor is not the same- less to no oyster and soy sauce,some vegetables such as stirred zucchini was missing from the mix) Slow service: the food was served after 45+ minutes...( I mention that I have called them 15 min before I reached the place) Regarding my last delivery (2weeks ago) was awful... the beef with mushrooms was totally ridiculous.. 8 mushrooms a lot of water and some meat- 140 egp...), beside that the delivery was 60egp ... ( I'm 18 min away so it's too much) -The waitress is so out of space- I asked for hot sauce and sesame,and he came back with nothing so he went back after I looked at him and asked and he brought them after 5 mins). What was good was them dumplings with beef,but the noodles(what most people get from here)...nothing like I had before... Sad to see this place...

Food: the food quality isn't good at all. I noticed almost every one asked to take the food away after five or ten minutes.

Service: it's was an awful experience. There were three people, two boys and a girl. You will feel confused who is the one in charge to bring the food, take the orders, etc. There were two cans of Pepsi in my order and I asked a guy to bring them on the table then he didn't. He was walking around the tables doing no thing. Then I asked the same request from the girl and she brought them after while too! Finally, I asked for the bill and the same guy came to my table give it to me "hand in hand" and I took the change in the same way. I know it's a simple matter but it's not descent or professional at all and I swear all these things were happening with all customers.

Atmosphere: The place is very small. It contains just 8 tables only. It was so hot and every one was upset. When any one asks to turn on the air conditioning, the same guy replies with a weird smile saying "It's already working and can not...

I’ve been there 3 times and on those 3 times I tried many different things and here’s what I think:

Vegetable noodles: Very good, portion is big, the flavour is definitely there, very well-seasoned ❤️

Kung Pao chicken:Also great, I loved it, great flavor and portion size

Dumplings: nothing special, tastes quite bland, frying them didn’t help it

Shrimp noodles: the shrimp ruined it, didn’t taste good, I don’t think shrimp is the best option in this place

Beef noodles: Loved it, the amount of beef in the noodles was really good, very filling

Oyster sauce beef: tasted weird, the texture of the beef was weird, I hated this, it felt like artificial beef & starchy sauce

Ramen soup: they served it in a small plastic container, was really bad, just water+noodles+ stock cube and some canned vegetables, won’t recommend at all

The place is small but cozy, it doesn’t have a toilet which is another issue, prices are affordable. I hope they improve in the...
