Crab House Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Cairo

I had been ordering from this place for a while, and the service was actually good at one point, but it went downhill. Yesterday I had two food items delivered to my home, the amount to include delivery was 125 EGP. Tonight, I ordered the same, only to be charged 131 EGP to include delivery. When I asked about the increase, the delivery guy insisted that the amount was correct. I ended up calling the restaurant to get my question answered. Of course, I did not get an immediate response. Eventually, I was told that one of the items was a big size even though I ordered a small size. Nonetheless, I was finally told to pay the amount I paid previously. The delivery guy who was maskless continued to scream at me, and at one point he sounded like he was making a threat. His behavior was extremely intimidating, which made me very uncomfortable. Given my experience tonight, I don't plan on eating from this establishment in the future. Furthermore, the food had grain-like material in it. It felt like I was chewing on sand. I hope to find another seafood place in the area with better food and quality customer service...

Bad Service by all means...I explicitly told not to added any hot spices (chili...etc.) as I'm allergic to seafood and chili combination. The waiter confined of no chili at all. Food was served with Chili .. after confronting the waiter he told me that there spice mix have chili in it and he said it just a small amount... Though I told him several times about it So dishonest of them ... I don't trust any of their service after that عدم أمانة رهيبة ... بعد معرفة بالحساسية الشطة قدم اكل...

We order sea food soup , and instead we received chicken broth with boiled seafood (not fresh ) disappointing experience and expensive. On top of the bad soup experience, the shrimp sandwiches were full of fat and the tahini tasteless. The whole experience was terrible and just to be worst I got stomach...
