I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your establishment. On 05 August 2023, I visited your restaurant for a meal and encountered an incident that has left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of food safety and hygiene.
During my visit, I ordered the chicken popcorn from your menu. However, to my shock and disbelief, I witnessed the chef handling the chicken with his bare hands, without the use of gloves or any other protective measures. This blatant disregard for basic food safety practices is highly concerning and raises serious doubts about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained in your kitchen.
I would like to emphasize that food handling without gloves poses a significant risk of cross-contamination and the transmission of harmful bacteria. As a customer, I have the right to expect that the food I consume is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner.
It was a very bad experience.

Read moreDon’t be miss leaded by the promotion videos and photos of the food. Sandwiches were very small “almost like a chicken macdo” but with a piece of fillet not a burger.
Chicken pieces are small also, it is a flat chicken fillet pieces, not round like other fried chicken strips restaurants.
During our visit, one of the owners was shooting a promotional video, she had a sandwich loaded with a huge piece of chicken, not like what we had.. if i had seen her before we eat, i’d have talked to her and compared our sandwiches.
Price are relatively high compared with others.
But to be honest, the food quality was very good, and the restaurant was very clean.
Service was average as we had to ask for gloves, spoons, and tissues separately.. as they were not served with the food..
Edit: I have received a call from Mostafa, he was very respectful and understanding.. he apologized for what we have faced, and promised that everything will be better in the future, thanks Mostafa and all KAK team for your quick response.

Youssef ( The Cashier) in rehab branch is Amazing, very cheerful and provided me with amazing customer services. BUT the music is TOO LOUD LITERALLY i was screaming the order to youssef. You should consider the volume level of the music since its very annoying. I came a week ago or something.
1- service was not good at all, staff are not customer oriented. And they have done the most annoying thing. while we are eating they came smiling and said” is it good? “ i am eating for god sake. 2- Atmosphere for me is presented in the vibes of the venue, The music volume was too high and i asked the team to lower the volume. The music cut off all the time. So put yourself in my shoe its so high and it cut off at the same time it was very annoying. 3- food, i ordered fried breasts pieces.
