Arabiata — Restaurant in New Cairo City

One of the worst experiences in our lives. My family arrived at 11am on a Friday morning. From the very beginning the service was aweful. We were seated on a dirty outdoor table and we had to note that the table was dirty to the waiter 3 times before they cleaned it. After a lot of attitude for 30 minutes, the waiter finally came to clean the table and took the order. We waited a whole other 30 minutes waiting for the order that never arrived, and only when we complianed to the manager, he apologized that the last order was an hour ago at 11am because of the Friday prayers! So we protested and said why didn't you tell us that an hour ago when we stepped into the restaurant and were seated?? Anyways, we asked him to hold the order until we returned from prayers. My family waited at the restaurant on the table, and half an hour later I returned and found them moved to another table inside in the AC. After we sat the waiter came over and told us that we can't sit like this because the tables were too close to each other and we have to split, we didn't mind but his attitude was terrible and was very rude as if he's ordering us around. Moreover, we discovered that our order got cancelled because we left to prayers, although my family was clearly waiting on the table the whole time. In the end we were very disappointed and 2 hours into this aweful experience we couldn't stand the attitude or the service and left immediately. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone and I certainly will never order...

I always order food from this branch and sometimes i dine in the restaurant itself. This time i ordered beans فول اسكندرانى and egg apachi بيض اباتشى ا🍳

PROS: 👍

egg apachi taste delicious. no salt is added to the eggs as I mostly suffer from extra salty food. chicken and mushroom cream soup tastes delicious. nice indoor and outdoor seatings. variety in the menu so vegetarians and non-vegeterians can eat together. toilet is clean. Food is prepared in a good time. orange juice and pudding pumpkin are so delicious.

Chicken quality is not the best. beans are average not unique. somehow expensive.💸

I recommend it for chilling breakfast inside the restaurant itself.

PS. I ordered egg apatchi again after 1 month at 21/5 right after Friday's prayer and there were some eggshells in the served egg apatchi which...

The only thing that is good is the lentil soup and their omelettes everything is sub par to say the least.It amazes me that they are a part of Shabrawry.because quality doesn't matter here at all like in Shabrawy.really disappointed in the food and services.If possible just go to The shabrawy in Maadi . Dont eat here in Alrehab Arabiata.
