Good shisha to be honest, price :around 120 EGP for (including taxes and service)

I gave 1 star because:They recommended to try theirs special dessert which is brownie, crepe and fruit salad, It is not written in the menu ,so I did not know the price ,,when I saw the bill , I was surprised that each ingredient in the dish was calculated separately, meaning that the crepe has a price and the brownie has price and fruits have a price, ended to be over priced for such as dessert ,,,I don't mind paying any price if I know it from the beginning ,,but no one like this kind of games , bluffing and lack of clarity in the information. I think every thing should be clear in the menu with all prices of extra ingredients to the dish.

So be careful always to know the prices for anything not written in the menu Don’t feel shy and thinking what the other person will judge It is...

Came here to have a conversation over some drinks. We chose the place because it was not as crowded as cafés next to it. After sitting and ordering we realized the low number of reviews and were worried our order will be disappointing. We ordered fresh kiwi juice, fresh avocado banana honey juice, a double espresso and a vegetable pizza to share. Everything was great, the juices were delicious, the espresso was up to standards and the pizza was surprisingly good. Service was excellent they checked on us regularly. The only thing the place lakes is atmosphere as it felt boring with low music and no character. Hope they improve this part soon so they get as busy as next door...

It was my first visit to Hookah New Cairo after returning from a long trip abroad, and I was looking forward to a nice experience. The team was absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The vibe of the place is great. Unfortunately, the morning shift branch manager completely ruined the mood with his unnecessarily arrogant and condescending attitude. It was such a contrast to how the rest of the staff treated me. Management really needs to address this, because the team is doing a wonderful job and deserves a leader who matches their professionalism...
