My family and I were provided with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. While the hotel is Excellent for adults, it offers fewer activities for children. Nevertheless, in terms of safety, cleanliness, staff attitude, communication, and food quality, everything was outstanding.

When I requested to extend my stay, the management kindly approved an additional day, until Friday. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hisham, whom I understood to be a senior manager. He was highly respectful, professional, and empathetic in communication — someone who truly understands how to handle guests and resolve their concerns gracefully.

However, I later faced some confusion regarding my checkout time. Initially, several staff members and managers confirmed that I could check out at 5:00 p.m., but on Thursday night, I received multiple calls (over seven) insisting that I must leave by 12:00 p.m. Friday, which contradicted the earlier agreement.

very nice infrastructure, but staff need more training!! it's a 5 stars hotel so they need to give the service of 5 stars hotels. we was a family with 12 years old kid, we booked 2 rooms for 2 night with breakfast and we insisted that the room should be next to each other and in non smoking section ( we made the booking by phone ) and if it's not availble we don't book. they insited that the room are available, we payed online before arrival. check in was ok, they was very welcoming, but problem number 1 the rooms was in the same level but far away from each other which was not acceptable for a family, and i had to sleep in my daughter room as she cant stay in a room alone far away from us. at exactly midnight, a group of poeple started a party in the corridor and ended in the room next door, there were scream, laugh, fight and alooooot of smoking smell. i called the reception to camplain they sent the security to fix the noise problem, but for the smoke, the receptionist said that our room is in the smoking section and they can't stop them for that, i informed him that we booked a non smoking room and that even if we didnt ask, the room should be non smoking as we have a kid with us, he said: " madame, even if you asked for a non smoking room while booking, you had to insist on before check in, and if you didn't they will give you a smoking room automaticaly" which was rediculous. later at night around 3.45am the party started again in the room next door, i had to call again the reception, and the answer was: " madame, i can't stop them from having fun, those guest are booking multiple room and they are here for fun, i can see that you are booking 2 rooms, why not take your kid and go sleep in the other room.'' in the morning, we spoke with the duty manager mr khaled and he was very helpful and didn't stop apologizing and he transfered us to a non smoking room where we finaly relaxed and slept well. last morning, we went for breakfast, we entered the restaurant, gave our room number and went to choose a table, the lady in the reception came running and stopped us from sitting, she was shouting in front of every one in the restaurant: '' you can't sit, breakfast is not allowed for you, you just have 1 breakfast which was yesterday" i told her that we booked 2 night so automaticlly it's 2 breakfast and that even yesterday we didn't had breakfast as we was exausted from the previous night. she said that the number of night doesn't involve in the number of breakfast as we changed the room. i told her to go check our booking first before coming and speak to us, she left to check in the computer and she found out that we was right, she just mad for us a thum up from far without even appologizing, that was very embarassing as she was speeking loud in the middle of the restaurant and every one was...
