My experience at this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. The service was painfully slow, even though there weren’t that many people inside. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged, and the staff just kept walking past me as if I wasn’t even there. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It honestly felt like I was being completely ignored on purpose. After several minutes of being blatantly overlooked, someone finally came over to take my order, but even then, their attitude was shockingly unfriendly. The staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. There was no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. The interaction was rushed, cold, and frankly quite aggressive. Any questions I asked were met with eye rolls or short, snappy answers, and it made the whole process extremely uncomfortable.
Things didn’t get any better in the drive-thru. It feels like the design was intentionally made as inconvenient as possible. The lanes are incredibly tight, and maneuvering through them is stressful, especially if you’re in anything larger than a compact car. It’s like they deliberately made it small and awkward just to fit it in the space without thinking about actual customer use. The line moved at a snail’s pace, and just like inside, the staff showed zero urgency. There was no apology for the delay, no acknowledgment of how long people had been waiting. Some customers even drove off after waiting too long, and I don’t blame them. I nearly did the same.
What’s most disappointing is the overall attitude of the team working there. Not only were they inattentive, but they were openly hostile in some cases. I witnessed a staff member being rude to another customer in the line, and rather than de-escalate the situation or offer any kind of solution, they just acted irritated and dismissive. It’s honestly unacceptable behavior, especially from a well-known brand like McDonald’s, where you expect at least a basic level of service and respect.
All in all, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The combination of slow service, lack of customer care, aggressive behavior, and the poorly designed drive-thru makes this location one to avoid. It desperately needs new management, proper training for the staff, and a complete overhaul in how they treat their customers. Sometimes the employees like the cashier or the barista can be rude. Both day and night shifts (except the restaurant manager who's much more understanding)
They are the worst at dealing with situations like crowd gatherings and troublemakers. And they most likely wouldn't bother to avoid conflicts, it's annoying to the point I started ordering takeouts instead.
The restaurant has a second floor. Ground floor barely has any tables which is bad when it gets really busy. And the place feels tight. If you want to have a decent dine-in's then you should look for other branches

If you survive returning your order multiple times; it's time to survive how UNCLEAN the tables are! It's disgusting especially in the outdoors area is most neglected.
I'm glad they're require you to wear a mask when ordering from the cashier because with their level of hygiene makes you wish you can wear an overall infection protection not only a mask.
