During our visit, there was a minor issue involving a jacket mix-up. Despite being a small inconvenience, Ehab handled it with incredible care and diligence. He spent hours reviewing security footage and followed up until the misplaced jacket, taken by mistake, was found and returned. Shinko in Cairo is a hidden gem worth the drive! I am from Miami and this bar was close enough to the bars at home. Despite its tucked-away location, the experience is well worth finding. Their cocktail menu is impressive, offering a wide variety to suit any taste. The sweet potatoes, calamari, shrimp, and cheese balls are an absolute must-tries, each dish bursting with flavor.
