Taiyaki - Open Air Mall - Madinaty — Restaurant in Cairo

I was super excited about trying taiyaki after having it multiple times in NYC, however its not the same. First off they didnt have the ingredients to make half the stuff on the menu, the unicorn that my daughter did order also didnt have the ingredients as seen in the menu picture. Staff was willing to improvise but they seemed very inexperienced or just didn’t care lol. We tried this place with zero expectations knowing it may not be as authentic as being in Japan of course but the disappointment was unimaginable! The boba was a cup of milk with no flavour besides it just being literally milk. However the tapioca was tasty - the only part of the drink we enjoyed - as for service it was horrible the wait for the drink was 20mins while everyone was being served ice cream we had to return to the workers to inquire...
