Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at Blaze Café that left me absolutely furious. I walked in, expecting the usual good service I’ve received at other branches, but what I got was rudeness and ridiculous demands.
I was told that I must order a main dish just to sit in the café. If I didn’t want to order a main dish, I was forced to order both a dessert and a drink. This is an absurd policy that I’ve never encountered at any other café, let alone at other Blaze Café branches where I’ve never been treated this way.
To make matters worse, the staff said they needed to seek the manager's approval just for me to sit! This is incredibly unwelcoming, and I refused to stay after such a demeaning experience.
