From the very first moment, I felt completely at home, thanks to your genuine smiles, warm spirit, and constant care for guests’ comfort and satisfaction.

As for the food and beverages, they were undoubtedly excellent. However, what truly makes the experience unique is the quality of the people before the quality of the place. You both represent a shining example of growth, elegance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Witnessing your passion and dedication is enough to understand the secret behind this place’s distinction.

Update: Mr Tarek from the restaurant management contacted me after my review through call was forwarded to him, he offered me another order but I insisted on paying for it so he offered me a complimentary desert. I want to thank him and thank Blaze management for their reactivity and professionalism. I recently had a terrible experience at Blaze Café that left me absolutely furious. I walked in, expecting the usual good service I’ve received at other branches, but what I got was rudeness and ridiculous demands.

I was told that I must order a main dish just to sit in the café. If I didn’t want to order a main dish, I was forced to order both a dessert and a drink. This is an absurd policy that I’ve never encountered at any other café, let alone at other Blaze Café branches where I’ve never been treated this way.

To make matters worse, the staff said they needed to seek the manager's approval just for me to sit! This is incredibly unwelcoming, and I refused to stay after such a demeaning experience.

Blaze Café, you just lost a customer. If you want to be treated with respect and without unnecessary restrictions, avoid this place! There are plenty of other cafés that value their customers and don’t impose such...
