KFC — Restaurant in Giza

Seriously I am very confused when reviewing this legendary brand🤪 Today I had visited KFC in Americana Plaza and my experience described as follows: The store is crowed and definitely needs for serious regular cleaning and sharp eye upon cleaning tables after customers leave cause many tables with no attend for cleaning The cashier was seriously looks sad and tired even I had tried to make her just smile but she looks pressured and exhausted I had asked for 8 pieces bucket meal all spicy but only one piece original The one piece original was from heaven and I have to say that if you don’t eat original then you never taste the genuine taste of KFC But the spicy was not spicy at all and it looks like they started to compromise on recipe making for the spicy 🌶 ingredient although it was cooked to perfection but without spicy taste at all The quality of bread is very good but very small compared to price. I've been meaning to write this review for the longest time, went there on the 12th of April 2024, the food was good, the place itself was kind of clean (emphasis on KIND OF beacuse a family of about 5 walked in and the parents sat alone on a table, while thier kida sat on a different table and they made A MESS, and didnt clean up before they left ) but the staff and the service, were HORRIBLE, first, the staff kept giving us dirty looks, and weren't willing to do anything to make our experience better, they were slow, impatient, gave us the wrong drink, then charged us extra for the right drink even though they said they didn't even have it at first. They were so ignorant to the point that I was nervous to walk up to them again to ask for anything else I wanted with my food (napkins, straws, etc.) Please KFC, train your employees and teach them how to treat customers.
