Karen's Coffee Madinaty City — Restaurant in New Cairo City

I visited the place yesterday, not the first time, the place was packed on a cold Friday night, I asked for a heater several times, no one cared about my request!! I enjoyed the Shisha but the service for it was poor ( only one guy servicing on all Shishas in the cafe). The worst part is when I asked for the check, for the second time the check comes with extra charges on it that I didn't ask for! Every time after questioning the extra charges, the take the check back and correct it, I don't like that and I don't think I will go back to Karen's...
