La Pampa Restaurant — Restaurant in Antiguo Cuscatlán

Came in with a party of 12 just after 7 pm. The restaurant was super hot, they explained to us the mall controls the ambient temperature. We placed all the orders, helped the waiter by repeating the order back to us to ensure no miscommunication.

When the dishes started arriving the steaks were ice cold, but the plates were burning hot, they forgot to mention they were out of fish causing a big chaos in the kitchen and mixing everyone's orders.

It turned out to be a 3 hour fiasco at the end the manger couldn't even give us 10% off, so we had to ask to take one of the meals off.

Ended up getting kicked out of the restaurant because they were already closed. However one guest was still trying to finish her food which she got about 15 minutes before closing time.

I do not recommend this place, lack of management on their part.

Spanish : Llegamos con un grupo de 12 personas justo después de las 7 pm. Hacía mucho calor en el restaurante, nos explicaron que el centro comercial controla la temperatura. Hicimos todos los pedidos, ayudamos al camarero repitiéndonos el pedido para garantizar que no haya problemas de comunicación.

Cuando empezaron a llegar los platos los filetes de carne estaban helados, pero los platos estaban ardiendo, se les olvidó mencionar que se habían quedado sin pescado causando un gran caos en la cocina y mezclando los pedidos de todos.

Resultó ser un fiasco de 3 horas y al final el supervisor ni siquiera pudo darnos un 10% de descuento, así que tuvimos que pedir que nos quitaran una de las comidas. Falta de respetos a sus clientes.

Terminé siendo expulsado del restaurante porque ya estaban cerrados. Sin embargo, una invitada todavía estaba tratando de terminar su comida, que consiguió unos 15 minutos antes de la hora de cierre por Todo el fiasco en la Cocina.

No recomiendo este lugar, falta de gestión de su parte. 250$ para la basura...

I recently had lunch with my family at La Pampa (Multiplaza). I asked for Puyaso, medium rare, Instead I received a super cooked piece of meat. It should have been grilled over charcoal as thick meat does not cook properly on a kitchen griddle. Also the cut was not correctly done. I told the waiter that the meat was overcooked but he insisted it was medium rare and failed to offer another option. I will not be going back and do not recommend this...

This place is great for those who look a nice grilled meat or stakes, but also has some vegetarian options like some ravioli gorgonzola, or some gauchito vegetarian sandwich, as main dishes. Service is good and know about this options and give...
