Oh, bravo, what a stellar dining experience! I shelled out ten bucks for a "salad" that was basically a sad handful of wilted lettuce, some questionable marinated chicken, and a gloopy slather of ranch—gourmet, right? And let’s talk about that "free refill" Diet Coke I ordered, which, surprise, was a regular Coke—because who cares about diabetics, am I right? The waitstaff? Absolute legends at ignoring me. I was practically doing jazz hands to get a refill, but my waitress sashayed right past, too busy living her best life on her phone at the corner table. Tipping? Ha! Thank God it was forced into the bill, or I wouldn’t have left a single cent for that five-star neglect. Then, the cherry on top: I ask the manager for the check, and he pulls a goldfish memory act, leaving me twiddling my thumbs for ten minutes. Five waiters floating around, and one locks eyes with me only to perfect the art of pretending I’m invisible—because, you know, not his table, not his problem. The bathroom? A unisex disaster zone, so cramped you can barely breathe, with a baby changer that’s seen better days and a filth level that screams “we gave up on cleaning.” This place is barely open, and it’s already falling apart—impressive! And don’t get me started on my date’s shrimp salad. She dared to ask for extra dressing—big mistake. They slapped on a $1.75 surcharge for a pathetic drizzle, because, as the waitress smugly informed us, it’s “business policy” to nickel-and-dime you for breathing. Looks appealing and desirable as you walk into the dining area. Food looks great in the menus. Staff is kind. The food is advertised as smoked, grilled, char broiled, barbequed style. I'm still trying out their food items but the whole chicken seemed to be be unbrined, unseasoned, and is not smoked in a smoker. Per the waiter it is baked chicken then is tossed in bbq sauce. Taste like something you can make at home quick if your being lazy and don't want to marinate, brine, or season the chicken. Same goes for their "new" smoked wings that are battered/floured wings that never make it to a smoker. They do provide a smoked bbq sauce to dip in. The bbq sauce tastes like any generic bbq sauce that you find in your local grocery store. If you eat there Don't expect a real smokehouse, grilling, bbq place like those you find in the united states. Like I said I haven't eaten everything off the menu but I have been met with great disappointment when eating there. I say these things so that maybe they will stop being lazy and actually learn how to marinate, brine, season, smoke, grill, bbq their chicken. Not an impossible task. Vengo a comentar mi experiencia el día de hoy 15 de abril a las 5PM en el restaurante. Pasaron 15 minutos desde que entramos para que nos llevarán el menú. La primera chica que se acercó iba con su comanda a tomar la orden cuando ni si quiera menú nos habían dado... Y se disculpo al menos. Desde las mesas tu puedes ver el área de la cocina La barra donde se sirven las bebidas estaba llena de vasos sucios para decir que las bebidas que iban saliendo las ponían en una esquina ya que lo demás estaba repleto de vasos. Pedí una copa de sangría tan patética se le sentía el vino de caja y no era más que vino y mineral... además que una sangría se sirve sin mezclarse cuando esta en la copa parecía soda de Uva ya que venía totalmente mezclada una copa demasiado pequeña para el precio solo le di dos sorbos. Los meseros desentendidos completamente de las mesas, no nos hicieron sugerencias y al finalizar de tomar la ordensolo de la comida la mesera nos algo algo más? Cuando claramente no habíamos ordenado bebidas y no nos ofreció nada. Posteriormente al esperar la comida estaba sentado junto a nosotros un colaborador mesero y llega la mesera qué nos atiende junto a él a estarlo abrazando y estar encima para mi gusto eso fue algo informal y poco profesional, la gerente en ningún momento se acerco a preguntarnos que tal todo con nuestra orden y eso que el.lugar comenzaba a llenarse.
