Sushi Itto in San Salvador is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The sushi is incredibly fresh, with each roll crafted to perfection—vibrant flavors and beautiful presentation. We tried the signature Itto Roll and the spicy tuna nigiri, both bursting with taste and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with our server offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The place is spotless, and the attention to detail in every dish is evident. Whether you're a sushi lover or new to Japanese cuisine, Sushi Itto is a must-visit in San Salvador as it exceeded all our expectations! The ambiance was modern, elegant, and welcoming. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff who clearly take pride in what they do. Now, the food—simply phenomenal. The sushi was fresh, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every bite was bursting with flavor, especially the signature rolls and sashimi. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the balance of textures and flavors was spot on. We also tried a few hot dishes and appetizers, and they were just as impressive. You can really tell there's a commitment to quality and authenticity here. Whether you're a sushi lover or trying it for the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Sushi Itto for an unforgettable dining experience in San Salvador.

I love sushi so this might possibly be bias but coming from the states, NY to be more specific, I gotta say that I have literally never tasted sushi like this! True the prices are a little higher than I'm used to but I went on a day where the have 2 for 1 specials, which in turn made it cheaper than I'm used to. I can't complain. With that being said, the price regardless of the day is totally worth it as the Asian/El Salvadorian fusion was amazing. Localized sushi. I wasn't lying when I said, "I have literally never tasted sushi like this." Plantains, salsa, etc... on/in sushi... such a great idea. A definite recommend unless your on a budget (I don't think the prices are outrageous though if you go on a Monday or Wednesday). The service was good too.

This is not the first time that I have a bad experience here. The waiter did not want to give us the drinks menu even though we asked for it several times, he only told us options. The ramen, despite the price, was bland, the egg was overcooked. I ordered a gin and tonic and they served it to me in the worst possible way.

I came here with a group of friends, we were seated and started being assisted by a guy named David? I can’t remember his name exactly but he’s about 5’6, medium built, has a flat face with a pretty big underbite. He up sold us on everything. It became unbearable. Understandably he’s a seller and most likely has to upsell for a possible commission. It got to a point that when we asked for something he would suggest something 3x the cost. We only wanted one thing at a time. He was helpful and good at his job but when he asked for the drink menu he suggested a pitcher of sangria (which we eventually got) but we still never got to see the drink menu. When we asked for the sushi menu he suggested a sushi boat (we didn’t want multiple rolls). When I asked for more chipotle sauce on the side he suggested I buy the bottle. Just insane amount of upselling, I understand they see Americans and automatically see money but that’s not the way to do business with us. We received push back with...
