After a few days of pupusa and Latin food, we decided to end our trip with a stop at a vegan Taiwanese spot serving up common Chinese inspired dishes.
For $9.75, you gain access to their buffet of vegan goodness, served by the friendly staff. We got to try a variety of dishes including their rice noodles, fried rice, sweet and sour soy meat, mock sausage, and other veggies. You can go back and grab another plate if you’d like and I recommend you do!
Most items here (if not all) were vegan friendly which makes it easy, even though they’re advertised as vegetarian. They even include a seasonal fruit juice which was spectacular and a wonderful addition to our meal.
