Tipicos Margoth — Restaurant in San Salvador

I don't have a picture for this review I was so upset that I forgot to take one, The bread which it calls, maria luisa is a sweet bread with some kind of custard in the middle was rotten inside my sister not knowing take a bite of it, then handed to me I noticed it when I opened I'm in a low sugar diet so I was going to eat only the middle it was blueish color and smelling like rotten milk I ASK THE LADI TO TAKE ALL OF THE ONES THEY HAVE THERE FOR SALE, AND THE GUY THAT WAS THERE WITH HER, GIVE ME a bad attitude and then he says well too bad that she got the bad one didn't say no you can do that that's food you can get sick then the lady says give her a new one the ones from the refrigerator they gave me a new one and when I ask for their names they refuse to give them to me you turn around cuz they have a little batch so I couldn't read it I asked for a little car from the restaurant and they say they don't have it they don't give it away I will never come back...

The papusas do NOT reflect the typical taste of an El Salvadoran papusa, I have had better. The quality of their papusas has gone down over the years as they have become more commercial or mass produced. The traditional juices of the country (observed at this location) were excessively sweet, not recommended for someone with diabetes or a pre-diabetic person. I would not recommend this place as there are too many other better options to choose from. Les daría 5 estrellas por el sabor de la comida, es un sabor muy original y todo lo que pruebes está delicioso. Tienen mucha variedad y las porciones son perfectas. En estas vacaciones me tocó visitarlo 2 veces, en desayuno y almuerzo. Lo malo de aquí es que el servicio fue malo. Fuimos 6-8 personas y la primera vez fuimos a desayuno, todo bien aunque todos con un poco de actitud, yo preguntaba por algo y me contestaban de forma cortante, pero no le di importancia ya que estaba muy emocionada de que el restaurante era muy bonito, nos sentamos a comer y regresé a comprar extra pan y crema y como que les molestó eso, al final pagamos y todo bien. El día que fuimos a la hora de almuerzo, nos trataron muy mal, no se si por que éramos muchos o por que nos reconocieron y no querían atendernos, yo no se pero mi suegro les pidió tamales y le dijeron que si había, lo hicieron esperar mucho tiempo para decirle que no habían, yo les pedí limones y me dijeron que no tenían y cuando llegué a mi mesa mi cuñado tenía limones con su sopa, en pocas palabras no me quieren dar y yo pensaba pagarlos así como me cobraron todo la vez pasada. Tardaron muchísimo en cobrarnos. Al final comimos y pues ni modo, todo sea por el sabor de la comida. Cuando íbamos de salida, entré al baño y acababan de trapear pero parecía que era con lejía pura, sin agua!! Yo soy alérgica a la lejía así que como pude salí del baño y llegando al carro me desmayé, no podía respirar y se me cerró la garganta. Deberían de cuidar como hacen la limpieza por que ustedes nunca saben lo que le puede pasar a las personas.
