The only reason they get three stars is the customer service on the chefs part and the improvement is some aspects of the food quality. Management wise, they are doing horrible. I recommend you check online to see if they are running any promotions, because if they are, they are overcrowded and understaffed. This was a Tuesday night at 7 PM. They did not have enough staff to properly clear the tables or wait on them for that matter. The food has honestly improved since my last visit, which was a pleasant surprise. Sadly they didn't have enough chefs to get to all the tables that they had. We ended up sitting and waiting over an hour for the chef to come cook (it's the standard Benihana experience) but the chef was very accommodating, almost even moreso that the waiter, but you could tell the waiter was being pulled thin with the amount of work he was given. Food was great but was a pricing scam! We thought we were ordering hibachi for the table and waiter was asking what protein each person wanted. But when the bill came, they charged us individually for specialty plates. They said reason was because our friend who booked said it wasn’t banquet. But she had never been before. Benihana ha sido desde muchos años mi restaurante favorito, me encantaba ir y disfrutar de tan deliciosa comida japonesa/americana, y sus mangoneadas eran lo mejor de este mundo. Lastimosamente ha ido cambiando para mal en los últimos años desde que se cambiaron. Hace poco fui porq no voy muy seguido ya que es y disculpen pero es carisimo y lo que realmente me molesto y note es que tratando de ahorrar un poco con mi familia, quisimos pedir una promoción familiar y para sorpresa nuestra el arroz frito viene con una trampa, ya que es promoción el arroz frito no viene con pollo, y si lo quiere con pollo tiene que pagar mas. No quiero sonar como que se muere el mundo si no hay pollo en el arroz frito pero esto es de las cosas que a las personas que antes amaban ir a benihana ya no van porque el restaurante pone trampas en sus comidas(de igual manera la porción de azúcar arroz se redujo considerablemente). Creo que no hubiera escrito esto si no hubiera sido por el final, cuando íbamos a pedir le cuenta había un muchacho parado y me dije a mi mismo ya que esta ahí le voy a pedir el favor para que me traiga la cuenta, cuando levante la mano para pedir la cuenta me miró de una manera como que si ese no era su trabajo, bueno a los pocos minutos llegó el joven que nos atendía y le pedimos la cuenta.
