Owner told that he doesnt care if the customer doesnt like the the food, he told if you don’t like the food don’t visit us we, have plenty of customers. Most of the food was edable. Octupus .. Ok, very tuff and not described in the menu as baby octubus.. prawns dish Ok .. at least not over cooked but dry and stuck on pan.. no oili chilli garlic sauce ..Chicken was unedable, raw from the middle and as a masin cource served in a soup boul in a lumpy satay sauce wich was far from satay .. half cold and lumpy.. on top was couple of crated carrot pieces raw … abosultlely awful. So we ate all and fine but didnt eat the Chicken dish, we sent the Chicken back, completly uneaten, took 1 bite and later we were told that the kitchen and the owner refuses to even apologize and not even a complementary espresso..that we still need to pay full price for the chicken dish even though we were unable to eat it, soggy, cold and pink in the middle.. so the waitress told if we have problem then call the owner … so we sat there calling the owner of the restaurant on a Saturday night .. wow and kindly explained that 1 dish was unedable, after what the owner told us rudely “if you don’t like what we serve don’t return” go pay your bill and and we don’t care what you think.. we have plenty other customers.. We v owned restaurants in London, Italy, Finland and have never ever seen such owner behavior over a 14 euro chicken .. it is not about the money, this is the worst of worst customer service we have ever seen anywhere in the world. Poor stuff of the restaurant.. it is not their fault.. they are so terrified to do their job right for the customer as the owner is an absolute rude stuck up uneducated personality. God would have left the 14 euros as a tip for the lovely scared waitress. How sad that the loveliest little city Haapsalu has a place owned by a complete gangster type stuck up rude person with quit a violent behavior toward its customers.. scary. Upon arrival we found out that there was only one occupied table, so a bare fact that restaurant was "busy" is out from the table. We received menus and during that night there was in total of 2 waitresses behind the bar. Due to us taking some extra time for reviewing the menu, we decided to order drinks beforehand, which we waited for around 15 minutes (note that there were ONLY 2 tables occupied). After we received drinks we decided to ask some extra questions about food on the menu. Unfortunately we were greeted with a confused smile stating that she "doesn't know anything in detail" about the dishes. Upon receiving this fact we went with a blind guess and ordered a starter along with main. Starters were brilliant, really! I stated twice that I would love my beef done medium+, which was also, according to waitress, told to the kitchen. Unfortunately cook level was not up to requested and for illustration I add a picture. Yes, it consisted of two pieces.
Of course upon receiving my main I immediately turned waitress' attention to the dish and she just stated the fact that "she doesn't know anything" about it and went away.

This place has a beautiful menu and great selection of desserts. I am sure the food is great overall. BUT. I asked if we need a reservation or can just take a table when one becomes available. The answer was that we are welcome tp choose a table. After 15 minutes one became available, which was great. After 30 minutes of waiting at the table noone had taken our order. Bo drinks, no starters, no food... I politely asked if there was table service, which I was answered yes to. About 15 minutes later I asked another waitress about the waiting times and if someone would take our order. Waiting time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but nobody still took the order.
