Sushi Tiger — Restaurant in Rakvere linn

They are mediocre any other day but this time they were kind of worse. I ordered veggie combo as i am vegeterian, waitress could not tell me what " Goma Cunkan" was , she wasn't even sure if it's vegeterian or not and did not offer to ask chef also. I hoped for the best as i had my mom with me and could give it to her if it was meat or smth. Btw it was smoky overly salty tofu on tastless dry clump of rice. I remembered that veggie roll was dry last time i had it so i asked the waitress if it had any cheese in it and she did not know so i had to look it up and ask if the could add some (it was without cheese originally) . Fortunately she said it's doable (thank you) but it did not make this roll any juicyer. It was still dry and a bit tastless roll that fell apart as soon as you touch it. My mom ordered a sushi burger which was good, had a tasty sauce but unfortunately fell apart pretty quick. The burger is enough itself as a meal so that's a plus. The other bad thing is that the they put my moms Salmon Tiger roll and my vegeterian rolls on one big platter. Vegeterian and fish. We ordered them separately so we eat them separately. They bring eating utensils later on to the table so you can ask if that's okay. The lady had one other table with two women who were still eating and a table that needed cleaning (i think there was one woman sitting inside also but i don't know if at her table or not) and we had to go inside and pay, after dropping our food of she did not come outside to even clean her tables. Or she had dinner and her collegue did not care to clean the tables? I don't know, it was not nice this time. Oh, and the wassaby was soooo horseradish-i , which i know it is made of but it was like horseradish out of a jar. Ginger was super dry and tingly on your tongue, my mom said it was too spicy. Külastasime Rakvere Sushi Tiger restorani, tellisime kaaslasega joogid ja 3 rulli sushit. 0.3L värskelt pressitud apelsini mahla asemel toodi lauda 0.2L (tundub tühine, aga 1/3 kogusest oli puudu ja 0.3L maksis 6€) - okei, toodi peale küsimist õige klaasiga ja vabandati, et uus teenindaja (pole üldse probleemi ja täitsa arusaadav ning ikka juhtub, naeratasin lihtsalt).

Tellimuse esitamisest oli möödas umbes 90minutit ning sööki endiselt ei olnud, samuti ei käidud kordagi laua juures midagi selgitamas ega küsimas. Umbes 1h ja 45 minuti möödudes läks mu kaaslane küsima, et kaua veel ja öeldi, et umbes 20 minutit. Sushi tuli lauda, kui tellimusest oli möödunud 2h!! Ei ühtegi vabandust tekkinud olukorra pärast. Sõime toidu ära ning see polnud midagi väga erilist, aga ütleme nii et maitses hästi. Ootasime teenindajat ning pakkusime välja, et äkki maksame ainult jookide eest kuna ooteaeg oli üle mõistuse pikk ja tellimust esitades ei öeldud, et läheb tavapärasest kauem aega. Imekspandav pika ooteaja juures on ka see, et söögikoht ei olnud rahvast täis, inimesed istusid ainult mõningates laudades.

Teenindaja tuli mõne aja pärast tagasi ja ütles, et saab meile soodustust teha 5% kogu summalt, mis on minu meelest naeruväärne. Saan aru, et tekkinud olukorras ei ole süüdi ainult teenindaja, aga oleks vähemalt võinud klientide vastu huvi üles näidata.

Meie kõrval oli laudkond, kes samuti ootas oma toitu ning kui nendega ooteaja üle nalja viskasime naeris teenindaja ainult kaasa ja endiselt ei ühtegi vabandust ega põhjendust tekkinud olukorrale.

Maksime loomulikult arve ikkagi ära, aga ei külasta seda kohta enam kunagi, lisaks pikale ooteajale oli söögikohas ka väga külm ning istusime...

This is not real sushi. Stay away if you are looking for a credible sushi shop.

Our order was presented well, but the rice was undercooked, and temperature of the dishes was incorrect, ruining an otherwise good meal. There is a reason it takes 10 years to become a sushi chef in Japan.
