Virma Pubi — Restaurant in Rakvere linn

Fantastic place! Our group of 7 received amazing service from all of the waitresses that were working on Saturday (17th November). The meals were delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere was nice. On top of all that, our waitress even gave a lovely present to my child to encourage her to eat nicely. The present was of good quality (a little trendy toy, a surprise chocolate egg, a lollipop and a drink). Our great experience at Virma gave a smile for all of us for the rest of the day!

We pre-booked a table for 12 people at 22:00 and told we would like to eat there, which according to staff was fine. When we arrived to the pub, we were charged 7€/person and as we got into the table, there was no service. We went to ask from the desk and we were told that the kitchen would not be able to serve 12 people food anymore.

Maybe next time, tell the people already while booking that the kitchen is not going to be able to serve, rather than charging us 84€ for getting in and make us find that out...

Been here only once but I had a great experience, me and a friend came here to eat and play pool on a business day. Very big venue, not a lot of customers there then.
