Tried to order via app, coupon didn't go through, payment still went however. Feeling extremely dissatisfied, tried to seek alternative solutions with the personell. Manager tried to help by trying to add the coupon to the order at the restaurant, but the same issue occured. They suggested me to do nothing, nor compensated me in any way. And very cold attitude towards me, no compassion. And I still have to wait who knows how long for the payment to be refunded... or not. I don't recommend going to this McDonald's, as McDonald's restaurants are famous for having their stuff broken at random times and they don't care about customers in cases...
