Junimperium Distillery & Bar — Local services in Tallinn

I visited this place on Saturday with a friend. We came in and were queuing at the bar waiting for the bartender to finish doing whatever she was doing to order us a drink. She took her sweet time and 10-15 minutes later informed us that we need to leave because all the seats were taken and no one can sit or stand at the bar. It wasn’t busy we were the only ones standing at the bar…. It would be totally understandable but she was unbelievably rude, cold and in my opinion unprofessional. There was no need to make us wait all this time. Coming from London, can’t imagine someone talking to you like that in a bar....

We were excited to visit the distillery after an enthusiastic recommendation from a local bar. However the experience was disappointing. Firstly, the staff barely acknowledged us. Then when ordering drinks the staff seemed indifferent and without passion for the product. There was no flexibility with choosing the gin for a flight tasting which surprised us. The gin and tonic we tried had too much tonic and ice to taste the gin properly. We visited with the aim of buying a couple of bottles of gin but the experience wasnt good enough and so we left...

I don't like gin but my partner does, so we went there for her enjoyment. I expected to find at least one or two options of beer or wine which unfortunately are not available in the menu. Thus, everyone that doesn't like gin won't have a good time when joining gin lovers.

EDIT: owner replied stating that the place offers non-gin options, but this was not visible in the menu I have asked the staff, thus I could not know about such options. I will still mantain the average grade as the lack of clear information was a key factor for my...
